Group Classes

Our group classes max out at 6 people so we can make sure you’re getting the personalized attention you need and are not getting lost in the crowd.

  • Strength Training Classes

Strength training helps build muscle and increasing your metabolism. It’s a great way to lose weight for good and fight health issues! Additionally its a great way to increase balance and efficient body mechanics. Try out on of our strength training classes and get personalized attention on how to perform strength exercises!

  • HIIT and Circuit Based Conditioning Training

Our conditioning classes focus on fat loss, strength, and flexibility in a fun group environment. We turn up the music and give you all kinds of exercises from body weight, to dumbbell, to barbell work to get your heart rate up and get you sweating! Pair these with our strength classes for ultimate results!

Personal Training

Get personalized attention from our NASM, USPA, and FNS certified coaches. We make a customized plan to reach your goals faster. Get guidance through strength and conditioning workouts as well as free nutritional coaching! Stop spinning your wheels and have a professional help you achieve your strength and weight goals!

Nutritional Coaching

Matt Keen

Matthew is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach; set USPA NJ State records in the Deadlift & Benchpress on 01/19/2019 in the Masters Raw (45-49) Men's 181 Division, RPS PA State Bench-press Record on 07/25/2015 in the Master (40-44) Men’s 181Ib Raw Modern Division; and now looks forward to helping others become the best version of themselves.

Tyler Keen

Tyler is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach and Referee. He founded the Powerlifting team at West Virginia University, has competed in Powerlifting for over half a decade and has experience as a strength coach with powerlifters and collegiate, high school and youth athletes.


Cora Galanti

Strength Training
Women’s Strength Training

Cora Galanti is a USPA Powerlifting Coach and accomplished athlete. She has been powerlifting ever since high school and at the age of 17 she received 4 RPS Records at her second meet ever. She was a co-founder and VP of the WVU Powerlifting Team. She is in the process of obtaining a degree in Exercise Science and finds passion in sharing powerlifting and fitness as a gateway to empowerment and body confidence.


Celeste Keen

Chief Financial Officer of Keen Strength Systems

Matthew and Celeste are the owners of Keen Strength Systems. They are all about family first; married 24 years and parents of two children (Tyler & Paige). They are now taking on the entrepreneurial leap of owning a business in which they are passionate about; Keen Strength Systems! Celeste works as our CFO and oversees our operations with Matt during our 6pm-9pm shift. She is also hard at work with her own training as well as planning and hosting events we have at the gym!
